Under the tax legislation in the United States, banks, brokers, advisors, producers, agents, vendors, partners, all third parties, and clients must obtain withholding certificates (specifically IRS Forms W-8 or W-9) before initiating payments or establishing a business relationship with Elysium Real Estate Investments, LLC and its companies. 

Moreover, more than 90 jurisdictions have committed to implementing the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), which mandates that financial institutions in these jurisdictions must receive self-certifications from their financial account holders.

If you are doing business and receiving payments or setting up a financial account with Elysium Real Estate Investments LLC and its companies, you must obtain the necessary withholding certificates.
